Instructions
1. Check the Calendar for availability.
2. Click here to view the floorplan and choose a room that suits your needs. Using the table below, determine the time block(s) for your event (including set-up and clean-up) as well as the cost. Please note that if your event overlaps two time blocks you will be charged for both blocks.
Rooms 326-328 are board rooms on the 3rd floor (not shown on floorplan).
3. Download the reservation form and room use agreement.

4. Fax pages 1 and 7 of the completed application to 713.526.4367, or scan and send via email.
Important: Pages 1 and 7 must be signed and faxed or emailed 72 hours prior to the event. Confirmation and instructions for accessing the building will be sent to the email address entered on the application.
