SPRY [Seniors Preparing for Rainbow Years] provides a variety of support services to GLBT persons who are age 60 and older, including assessment, peer support, counseling, and case management, and an ongoing schedule of social and recreational activities. If you are gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender, there are no out-of-pocket expenses. Caregivers may also be eligible for counseling and group therapy support.
SPRY also will provide training, consultation and advocacy for health care providers to the elder population to better enable them to serve the needs of GLBT seniors.
