Montrose Counseling Center’s Chemical Dependency Treatment Program provides a combination of education, therapy, and counseling. It is a state-licensed, outpatient treatment program dedicated to the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender communities and persons living with HIV/AIDS. Services include:

We believe that alcohol and drug addiction is a progressive chronic condition which if left untreated will result in death. While the program is not affiliated with any twelve-step program, it does embrace the belief that social support is necessary for continued long-term recovery. The Chemical Dependency Program is affordable. Certain clients who meet income and eligibility requirements may qualify for grant-funded treatment or a reduced rate. All phases of the program encourage family members and significant other participation.
