Mission, Vision & People

Our Mission

MCC empowers our community, primarily gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender individuals and their families, to enjoy healthier and more fulfilling lives by providing culturally affirming and affordable behavioral health and prevention services.

Our Vision

We envision a healthier society marked by permanent, positive changes in attitudes and behaviors toward GLBT communities, and the ability of all GLBT individuals to realize their fullest potential.

Our People

MCC’s team of state-licensed clinicians, masters-level therapists, and skilled educators work diligently to create healthier futures for our clients. Our “beyond counseling” continuum of care utilizes a combination of traditional therapy, outreach, education, peer support, advocacy and case management to achieve the best behavioral health possible outcomes, and targets members of our community with the greatest needs.
